Shawn Gray

• Graduated from East Tennessee State University in 1995 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Technology. He graduated with a concentration in Construction Management.
• Worked in commercial construction from 1996 until 2001 in project management and regional field operations management.
• In 2001, Shawn became a licensed general contractor in North Carolina and started Grayco. Grayco specializes in single family custom homes and small multi-family projects.
• Recently, Shawn has built numerous homes in the revitalized area of NoDa which is known in Charlotte as The Arts District.

Shawn has a wide scope of experience in the construction industry and uses that knowledge to help his clients turn their vision into a finished product. Having built in Weddington, Lake Wylie, NoDa, and the University, he has adapted to many different styles and zoning regulations. Committed to building relationships along with structures, Shawn takes the time to make sure that the details are taken care of with the client in mind.

Vlastimil "Vlasto" Didik

• Licensed General Contractor in N.C since 2005
• 5 years experience in residential remodeling
• 4 years experience in commercial electrical work
• Owner/ operator of a cabinet manufacturing facility for 5 years

Having grown up in Europe, Vlasto has built his company around the concept that quality and integrity of work matter greatly. He has incorporated all of his experience into building quality homes that he is proud of. Most clients immediately recognize that there is a difference of quality between his homes and others they may have toured. Although most of his homes have been in the Mint Hill, Matthews, and University areas, his plans are to expand into south Charlotte and Union County in the near future.
